About Fudge
MEET FUDGE, YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND!
LOOKING FOR: A family to love, a cozy bed, and some outdoor adventures!
🥰REASONS YOU’LL FALL IN LOVE WITH FUDGE
STRONG, SILENT TYPE: He is exceptionally quiet and calm, with some peaceful energy. Literally never speaks, the neighbors will love him!
PERFECT GENTLEMAN: Walks like a dream on the leash. No pulling, just lots of good sniffs.
POTTY PRO: Zero accidents. He has total respect for the rugs!
PRO PEOPLE ATTITUDE: You are his entire world. Lives to be where you are. Leans in for pets and kisses. Loved meeting people at events, greeting the neighbors and getting pets on walks.
THAT FACE: His puppy dog eyes and head tilt will melt your heart. Looks at you with pure love.
❤️🩹A LITTLE EXTRA CARE
Fudge is still healing from his past. He can worry about where his next meal is coming from. He needs a slow feeder bowl and a dedicated, private space to eat his meals. No high value treats in the presence of other dogs or children.
🐾 OTHER ANIMALS
DOGS: Fudge has done well with the resident dogs and enjoyed meeting other dogs at events. He is not a fan of rough housing or being jumped on, but does enjoy walking with other dogs. Proper introductions are always best.
CATS: Meh, probably not.
OTHER SMALLS: Absolute no. Fudge has a strong prey drive. No squirrels, bunnies, birds, hamsters.
🏠Fudge’s Home Wishlist
A FENCED YARD: A place to safely run and play. He does get the occasional case of zoomies. Especially adorable on his “Bambi” legs! He hasn’t quite figured out toys, but will occasionally chase the ball. He prefers chewing on his bone, but with time may learn to enjoy playing with toys.
HUMAN SIBLINGS: It is unknown if he lived with children previously, and there are no children in his foster home. He does love attention, so would most likely enjoy them. However, he is not always aware of his size so the little people will need to be supervised. Children will also need to understand he needs to be left alone while eating.
💯PERFECT MATCH
An active family who loves walks and cuddling. A secure yard. Someone ready for his big heart and total devotion.
