Heimlich

About Heimlich

Heimlich is a little more independent than her siblings and can often be found happily lounging away from the puppy pile. But when her humans are around, she’s all about the cuddles and attention. She is truly a gentle, affectionate little girl.

She takes a few minutes to settle down in her crate, but once she does, she sleeps peacefully with no issues. Potty training is going well—she has had no overnight accidents, with just a few daytime pee accidents as she continues to learn.

Heimlich is a medium-energy, highly food-motivated puppy, which should make training a lot of fun. She loves to play with other dogs and desperately wants to befriend her foster’s older dogs, even though they aren’t quite as interested in her puppy antics.

Like any puppy, Heimlich is a chewer, so she’ll need plenty of appropriate toys and a puppy-proofed home. She loves fluffy and tug toys and would likely enjoy sturdy chews, too!

She hasn’t been tested with cats or children tested yet. If you’re looking for a sweet, cuddly pup with an independent streak and a whole lot of love to give, Heimlich could be your girl!
