About Yuki

INTRODUCING YUKI! This sweet girl is looking for a family, and is hoping it is you!

Yuki is a gentle, good-natured and smart girl. She is potty trained. In her previous home she learned to ring a bell when she wanted to go outside. She is kennel trained, but definitely prefers to be right by your side. She is the best friend you always wanted.

Yuki can be skittish in a new environment, therefore she would love a patient family that will allow her to get comfortable at her own pace. A calm and predictable home with kids 12 and up would be best for her. Chaos can be to overwhelming to her.

Her ideal home would include the following:

Walking and squeaky tennis balls are an absolute must! She is an enthusiastic walker! She pulls a bit to begin with. She wants to get all the smells in, but she will settle down after a short time. Chasing and squeaking her tennis ball is a favorite pastime.

A fenced yard to chase that ball and show off her zoomies.

Yuki really enjoys chasing the cats. While she hasn’t been allowed to get very close to them, living with cats may not be a successful fit.

Calmer dogs only. Yuki does not enjoy dogs that get in her face. If there is another dog in your home, it would need to be a more laid-back pup. She will need a slow, safe introduction to her new sibling.

A window to observe the outside world. She likes to lay in the sun and see the goings on in the neighborhood.

Though she has her playful and adventurous side, sitting beside you on the couch is her favorite way to wrap up the day. If you are a looking for the ultimate companion Yuki is your girl. She is excited to meet you!
