About Ziggy

My name is Ziggy. I am a one-year-old Black-Capped Conure, and when I am not busy turning into a wet sponge, I am usually holding a treat cluster in my foot with crumbs stuck all over my beak, just like in my first photo.

Black-capped conures are famously quiet apartment birds. I do not do loud screaming fits, just funny little murmurs, clicks, and soft peeps when I want to come hang out with you. I am completely hand-tame, step up instantly, and my favorite thing in the world is snuggling right into the curve of your neck or ducking inside a warm hoodie pocket while you watch movies.
